How long have you been in business?
Mill Construction has been in business Since 1949 and handles work in the Tri-County area. Mill Construction has also had their Yuma, AZ office providing our construction services since 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
Mill Construction is a Commercial / Industrial General Contractor. We also provide construction services for the larger custom homes too.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Mill Construction is a third generation family owned business. So Construction has been in the family for many years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The Mill Construction staff knows that telling the client the truth may be a lot more difficult, but it is the right thing to do. Being honest with our clients is something, especially with the challenging economy over the last several years, that is very unique and pretty much un-heard of in Construction any more. This is why the majority of our work is negotiated with new or repeat customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Mill Construction has a fully staffed Salinas and Yuma Arizona offices.
What type of payments do you accept?
Contracts are typically set up with a progress billing process based on a percentage of completion.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Mill Construction is a corporation managed by the President / CEO. Each office has a Vice President of Operations that handle the majority of dailer operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is generaly open 5 days a week from 6:00am - 5:30pm.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Receiving a simple Thank You and the call when they need to expand is the best compliment..........
