Ripplewood Resort features a General Store that offers a little bit of everything, a Gas Station with (hopefully) the cheapest gas in Big Sur, a wonderful Café with Patio dining that is a local favorite for breakfast or brunch. The accommodations consist of 16 freestanding Cabins and one Duplex, many of which have Fireplaces and full Kitchens.
Nine of the Cabins are located right on the Big Sur River, some with their own private decks overlooking the water. You may be lulled to sleep by the sound of the water running by your Cabin.
We do not have TV’s or Phones in the Cabins, so you will be sure to have a restful and relaxing vacation here. We offer complimentary wireless internet access in our café, just in case you need to stay in touch with the office, or the folks back home.
The Cabin rates range from $95.00 to $185.00 plus tax per night, and offer some of the best value in Big Sur.
The Café at Ripplewood is a wonderful café which has seating in the dining room, at the counter, or outside in the garden patio and is a local favorite for breakfast or brunch.
The Café entrée prices range from around $5 to $12, which is very reasonable for this area and we guarantee that you won’t leave hungry. Breakfast and Lunch are served from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. The cuisine is standard American with a Spanish flair.
Ripplewood is open year around, except for one week in early December for cleaning and renovations.
